Our ethical approach to your privacy
As per the European Union’s strict “General Data Protection Regulation” (implemented 2018) which are the strongest global standards for data protection and privacy:
The client consents to Clinical Expert Management Ltd and DPP Cordell Ltd, trading as “Springboard Medical Communications” retaining and securely storing their limited and basic contact information (which will include their name, organisation name/s, email/s, contact phone number/s, history of communication with Springboard Medical Communications. Springboard Medical Communications will only use the client’s personal data to promote Springboard Medical Communications’ services, products or relevant articles or complimentary content. Springboard Medical Communications consents to deleting my personal data upon receipt of written request by emailing: privacy@springboardmedcomms.com.
The client recognizes that his/her data will not be shared with other third parties, nor will it be transferred to other states or jurisdictions (i.e. outside the EU). It will also be securely stored for an indefinite period, if Springboard Medical Communications’ information, products and services are relevant to the client. If such information becomes no longer relevant, please email: privacy@springboardmedcomms.com. The client also has a “right to be forgotten” or to change the data, and can inform Springboard Medical Communications at privacy@springboardmedcomms.com. Springboard Medical Communications also does not use the data for any “automated decision making or profiling”. The client has the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervising authority.
Legitimate interest: If you have not offered your explicit consent to receiving communications from Springboard Medical Communications and Springboard Medical Communications storing your limited and basic contact information (see “Point A” above), you may have been otherwise contacted as this information may be of Legitimate Interest to you (EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 Art, 6(1)(b)-(f) ). EU Cookie Law
A new law on cookies demands that you, as a website user, are given the opportunity to understand how cookies are used on our websites and consent to cookies being stored on your computer (laptop/mobile/tablet).

Personal information of minors
